n8n, Make and Zapier workflows that don't break quietly.
We connect the tools you already use so data moves between them on its own: forms to CRM, orders to accounting, sheets to reports. Every workflow ships with error alerts and documentation.
Anyone can connect two apps in an afternoon. The hard part is making the connection reliable: handling duplicates, empty fields, API limits and the odd record that doesn't fit the rules. That's where most do-it-yourself automations fail silently and someone finds out a week later.
We pick the platform that fits your stack and budget, then build the workflow the way a developer would: tested with real data, logged, and set to alert a person when something needs attention.
n8n vs Make vs Zapier
We work with all three and recommend one based on your volume, budget and data rules.
n8n
Open source, can be self-hosted, and cheap at high volume. Best for complex logic, AI steps and teams that want data to stay on their own server.
Make
Visual and flexible, with good pricing for medium volumes. Best for multi-step scenarios with branching and data transformation.
Zapier
The biggest app library and the easiest for non-technical teams to maintain. Best for simpler workflows and apps nobody else supports.
Workflows we build most often
Lead capture to CRM
Website forms, ads, IndiaMART or JustDial leads into HubSpot, Zoho or Sheets, deduplicated and assigned, with an instant alert. See CRM automation.
Orders and invoicing
New orders synced to your sheet and accounting tool, invoices generated and payment reminders sent on schedule.
Scheduled reports
Numbers pulled from several tools every morning or week and sent to email, Slack or WhatsApp as a finished summary.
Approvals
Multi-step approval flows for purchases, leave or discounts, with a full audit trail.
AI steps inside workflows
Classify emails, summarise calls, extract fields from PDFs or draft replies with GPT, Claude or Gemini. See AI agents.
Migrations and clean-ups
Moving from Zapier to n8n to cut costs, or fixing existing automations that fail without anyone noticing.
Common questions
Should we self-host n8n?
If you run a lot of workflows, have data that must stay on your own servers, or want to avoid per-task pricing, self-hosted n8n is usually worth it. For lighter use, n8n Cloud, Make or Zapier are simpler. We recommend one after the audit.
Can you fix automations someone else built?
Yes. We review existing Zapier, Make or n8n workflows, fix what is broken, add error handling and document them.
What happens if a workflow fails?
Every workflow we build logs its runs and alerts a named person by email, Slack or WhatsApp when something fails, so problems surface the same day.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. They run in your accounts, and you get documentation explaining each one.
