We build automation like engineers, not like a marketing deck.
NXT Automation started with a simple observation: most businesses lose more hours to manual, repetitive tasks than they realize — and most "automation agencies" oversell what a workflow tool can actually do. We build things that work, and we tell you plainly when automation isn't the answer.
Kartik Sancheti
Kartik founded NXT Automation after more than five years as a product manager building fintech and financial-information products used by customers across India. Product work is mostly about finding where people get stuck and removing that step, and he kept seeing the same thing inside companies: smart people spending hours copying data, chasing follow-ups and rebuilding reports.
NXT Automation applies that product approach to operations. Every project starts by understanding the process and the people in it, then builds the smallest automation that fixes the real problem. Kartik leads every client audit personally, along with the work on our own products, AuditIQ and the AI voice agent.
We audit before we build
No automation gets built until we understand the process end-to-end and can show the expected time or cost saved. No guessing. How the audit works.
Reliability over flash
Every workflow ships with error handling, logging, and alerts — not a demo that breaks the first time a field is empty.
You own what we build
Documentation and handover are part of every project. You're never locked into needing us to keep the lights on.
Right-sized AI
We use AI agents where judgment is genuinely needed, and plain automation everywhere else — cheaper, faster, and more predictable. What we build.
Lean teams who'd rather build once than hire for repetition.
We're based in Nashik (visit us) and work with teams across India.
Founders & ops leads
Scaling operations without scaling headcount at the same rate.
Sales & support teams
Drowning in repetitive lead handling or ticket triage.
Agencies & service businesses
Standardizing client onboarding, reporting, and delivery.
