No. Your quote covers design, build, testing, and handover for the agreed scope. The only extra costs are ones you'd expect: your existing software subscriptions continuing as normal, and any AI API usage for agent-based automations, which we'll estimate upfront.

Typically split — a portion upfront at kickoff, the rest on successful delivery. For larger builds we can structure milestone-based payments instead. We'll confirm the exact structure in your quote.

Yes. We connect to your tools using OAuth wherever a platform supports it rather than storing raw passwords, and we only request the specific permissions a given automation needs — not blanket account access.

Only the people actively working on your build. Access is scoped to what's needed and can be revoked by you at any time — your systems, your control.

Everything we built is documented and stays yours. We revoke our own access, and any local copies of data used during development are deleted. Your automations continue running independently unless they specifically depend on infrastructure we hosted.

Every project includes a post-launch window for bug fixes and small adjustments. After that, you can move to an ongoing support arrangement, or reach out as-needed for new work — no forced retainer.

We build error handling and alerts into every workflow so issues surface immediately instead of failing silently. During the support window, fixes are on us; after that, response times depend on your support arrangement.

Yes — most clients start with one process and expand once they see the result. Since we already understand your systems, follow-on projects are usually faster to scope and build.
